I am Interior Design Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the interior design process, including client relationship management, the creation of a comprehensive interior design concept, and coordinating the intended design vision between Architecture and interiors teams. Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including the assessment of client needs and wants, presenting design concepts that satisfy the client’s aesthetic preferences, specifying finishes and materials based on the client’s budgetary requirements, and adhering to project timelines. I am responsible for the highest level of Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity while monitoring project performance within contract hours and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
I am also responsible for assisting related workflow with other departments including Marketing, Project Management, Project Delivery, Project Administration, Production, FF&E, Construction, Estimating, and Accounting to help ensure the efficient production and delivery of respective work products. Provide comprehensive design and specification services to clients for selection and procurement of Fixtures and Equipment for custom products.
